OUTREACH TEAM
• Make phone calls to businesses and organizations to make them aware of our nonprofit dog rescue
• Ask them if they would like to receive more information about ways to support
• Document each business contacted in the provided Google spreadsheet
• Stay in regular communication with the Rescue Founder and others on the Outreach Team about needs

RESEARCH TEAM
• Communicate with Rescue Founder for research needs: long-term projects as well as immediate needs
• Research topics given, gather existing content from the rescue website/IG posts into one document
• Make suggestions on topics or ideas you have and would like to do more research on
• Gather photos/videos needed of a specific dog, an item, location, etc.

WRITING TEAM
• Create first drafts of various documents, email copy, or IG captions as requested by Rescue Founder
• Proofread documents as needed (these will be found in Google Drive as shared files)
• Provide your insight, suggestions, or changes to be made for various topics covered

DESIGN TEAM
• Create first draft of post carousels in Canva per Rescue Founders input
• Ideally be proficient with editing videos/reels on Canva, IG Edits, and IG or willing to learn and practice
• Define Calls to Action for each post/reel and communicate this to the Writing Team

AMPLIFICATION TEAM
• Identify potential accounts to collaborate with based on theme/topic/specific dog
• Notify the Rescue Founder whenever there are potential collaborators for to be reviewed
• After approval, reach out to the account using the @adoptfrommikos IG account
• Maintain a confirmed list of collaborators (add/remove collaborators and details as needed)
