Good to know
Large-dog selective. No cats or small dogs.Must be kept separated from other dogs, and needs very slow introductions and close supervision during interactions.
Rocky is a 5-year-old neutered pitbull boy who LOVES people and giving hugs and kisses. He thinks he's a lap dog at a mere 95 pounds, and he's famous around here for carrying things in his mouth (he loves to walk himself by holding his own leash handle) and for his happy “rooing.” His nicknames are Richard and Larry, and he is our white land seal hippo.
Rocky is large-dog selective: no cats or small dogs, and he must be kept separated from other dogs. He needs very slow introductions and close supervision during any interactions. He does best with an owner who loves dog kisses and is strong enough to handle a big, affectionate boy. We provide training support, and we want a family who will let him be himself.
Rocky is available for foster or adoption and is currently in San Bernardino County.
